If you email info@eclrey.com we receive your name (if given), email address and message, and use them only to reply. This page has no forms, accounts, advertising or analytics tools, and sets no cookies of its own. Your message is sent to an AI service provider (Anthropic PBC, United States) that our AI agents use to read it and draft replies; a person answers what needs a person, and replies written by an AI are marked as such. Mail is handled by Google LLC (United States) and this page is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). How long we keep it보관과 파기
We keep an enquiry for one year after our last contact, unless a dispute is under way or the law requires us to keep it longer. When the period ends we delete the enquiry from our mailbox and records. Records held by the companies above follow their own rules and may remain after we delete ours.문의 내용은 마지막 연락 뒤 1년 동안 보관하고, 분쟁·소송이 실제로 진행되거나 법령에 따라 보존해야 하면 그 기간 동안 보관합니다. 보관 기간이 지난 문의는 메일함과 기록에서 삭제합니다. 위 업체가 가진 기록은 각 업체의 기준에 따라 이클레이가 지운 뒤에도 남을 수 있습니다.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. You can decline the overseas transfer by not emailing us, but then we cannot receive your enquiry. We send no advertising or marketing.열람·정정·삭제는 언제든 요청하실 수 있습니다. 메일을 보내지 않으시면 국외 이전을 거부하실 수 있지만, 그러면 문의를 받을 수 없습니다. 광고·마케팅 메일은 보내지 않습니다.
